How will my property be cleaned?

For the majority of premises we will use our pole pure water cleaning system. This system enables us to clean windows that are hard to reach without the use of ladders. As a result this offers our clients greater convenience as well as a better quality finish. 

What are the benefits of a pure water system?

Pure water cleaning offers a better clean and finish overall on your windows. Windows remain cleaner for longer and the system means minimal intrusion to your property as there is usually no need to prop ladders up or spend time carrying heavy equipment. 

The pure water system leaves no residue or minerals on your windows meaning that there is no film left after cleaning and dirt build up is slower.

I'm not going to be in - does that matter?

No - we only need to be able to access the outside of your property and do not require you to be in. We even offer convenient payment methods so if you don't want to see us you don't have to. We'll always leave you a calling card to say we've been but unless you require internal window cleaning we don't need to enter your home.

What if I'm not happy with the job?

We offer a happiness guarantee which means if you're not happy with the job and let us know within 24 hours then we'll re-clean for free. Of course we're pretty confident that you'll be happy with our service but in the event of any problems then just contact us.

I already have a window cleaner - can I switch?

Unless you've signed a contract with your existing window cleaner for a fixed term then there is no reason why you can't switch to our services. We will be delighted to give you a free no obligation quote in any circumstances.

I've had a window cleaners who used a pole system and the finish was poor - how are you different?

Unfortunately like in any business there are those who cut corners and give this method of window cleaning a bad name. However we pride ourselves on a quality finish and a job well done so you can be confident in our ability to leave your windows gleaming. If not we offer a guarantee and can come back if notified within 24 hours and clean again for free.

How frequently will my windows get cleaned?

We'd recommend cleaning every month (particularly in high traffic areas) - however we can discuss variable frequencies depending on your preferences and individual requirements.
